Here’s how it works:
-Contact your primary VA doctor and request authorization to see David Blatt, LAc at Evolution Wellness.
-Ask your doctor to fax your referral to the VA Community Care Network (CCN) at 303-398-5550, ATTN POD 1.
-Once your authorization is processed, you can begin treatments.
-Appointments are typically once a week and span 2-3 months, with extensions possible.
